4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Full refund for sessions cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time
• 50% refund for sessions cancelled within 24 hours
• No refund for sessions cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time

4.2 Cancellation by Chetana Healing

If Chetana Healing needs to cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund or the session will be rescheduled to an alternative date.

4.3 No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to attend a session without prior notice, the payment will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Before the Session

• Arrive on time for the session
• Provide accurate information as required
• Be physically and mentally prepared for the session

• Follow the healer's instructions
• Maintain appropriate conduct
• Do not record the session without permission
